Mortgage, Rental & Utility Assistance Date: 09/23/2022

We are currently accepting Applications for Rental and Utility Assistance. Tenants may complete an Application Online Tenants that have already been APPROVED for funding may reenter the program, if you are still in need of assistance.


NCD is committed to communities in the U.S, by helping assist individuals with assistance needed, in order to prevent a family from becoming homeless.


Recently the President of the United States announced that, "The Pandemic is Over."

If you or someone you know is in need of help, we encourage you to act quickly as funding is running out and programs are beginning to permanently close.


Each Tenant enrolled in our Relief Program will continue to receive a Landlord Declaration. The Declaration informs your Landlord of your enrollment in our program and provides them with Live Agent support in your behalf to answer questions, receive updates and application status. If your Landlord issues an Eviction Notice, we will file an Emergency Tenant Answer with the courts in your area requesting a hold on the eviction while your application is pending for rental assistance. Eviction cases that are opened in the court while you are in the Relief program will be removed from the public record upon completion of the rental assistance funding.


Please Note: NCD hours of operation is 8:00am-5:00pm PST. Our application portal for assistance will be open 24 hours a day.


Requirements for Assistance:


  1. Photocopy of ID/ Driver's License

  2. Lease Agreement

  3. Utility Bill(s)

  4. Eviction Notice (*If you received one)

HOMEOWNER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM


If you are a Homeowner, we are currently accepting applications for mortgage assistance. We accept applications by phone: M-F 8:00am-12:00pm PST

NCD Homeowner assistance program provides assistance only for:

Homeowner Association Fees (H.O.A), Mortgage payments (arrears and future) and

Utility Assistance. (Fee: $200.00)

*Payments are accepted online and are due at the time of your application



To qualify for assistance you must:


  1. Be behind on your mortgage payment (forbearance plans are ok)

  2. Missed One or Two payments

If none of the above applies, you DO NOT qualify for this program


Required Documents:


* ID/Driver's License

*Current Mortgage Statement

*Social Security Card

*Income- Two (2) Most Recent Paycheck Stubs, Bank Statements (For Direct Deposits), Unemployment printout or letter, Employer letter and/or last filed tax return if self employed.


All Homeowners will be given Access to a Portal to upload documents once enrolled into the program. Funding takes 3-6 months and are paid directly to the Lender, H.O.A and Utility Company.





Providing false Information
