NCD, LLC IS NOW ACCEPTING MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS

The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) program is winding down and program funding is limited.

Approval of an application does not guarantee receipt of foreclosure prevention assistance if program funding has been exhausted, or the HAF Program is otherwise terminated.

Program #1- If you received unemployment benefits, you are eligible to receive up to $54,000.00 in assistance.
Must received unemployment benefits 90 days prior to application 


 

 

 

 

Homeowner Assistance Fund by State

Program #2- If you did not receive unemployment benefits, you are eligible to receive up to $35,000.00 in assistance.

Once your funding gets approved, you will receive written notification of the exact amount that will be paid to your mortgage company. This relief program will pay to reinstate your mortgage if you have fallen behind on your payments and also make your remaining payments directly to the mortgage servicer on the 1st of each month for up to 12 months. If you have entered into a forbearance program or loss mitigation with your mortgage servicer, you are still eligible to receive funding. If you are working, retired, laid off or seeking work, 
YOU QUALIFY FOR ASSISTANCE

Eligibility is based on the following: 

1. You must be behind on your mortgage payment
2. You must have at least two (2) missed payments

 Things you will need when applying for assistance

  • Gather information on your household income. This can include paystubs, W-2 forms or your most current tax return. 

  • Your most recent mortgage statement. 

  • Your most recent Homeowners Association statement

  • A government-issued ID and/or Drivers License

  • Social Security Card

                                      

Admin Fee: $275.00



There are stipulations to receiving these benefits: 

1. You can not sale your home for 3 years
2. You can not move out your home ​
3. You can not move out and rent your home
4. You can not take out more than 1% of the mortgage amount  
5. You will have to sign a promissory note, so in the event you violate any one of       these stipulations, you will have to pay the money back to the State.
6. Funds provided will be recorded and registered with the county assessors office.
 

This program DO NOT require a Homeowner to:

1. Sign over your property title
2.  Sale your home and your rent it back from the government
