Tenant refused to schedule an inspection causing the Broker to initiate NCD for the

24 hour entry service for inspection purposes. 

After Covid the Owner decided to sell their townhouse. NCD negotiated Cash for Keys and within 2 weeks the Tenants were moving out, 

No court order needed.

In this case a Landlord changed the locks while a tenant was residing in the property. The Landlord was ordered to pay $1800.00 and credit 3 months rent to the Tenant. 

The Tenant at this rental property was issued this notice for failing to pay rent. Update: the eviction was GRANTED and is pending a Constable Lockout. 

The Tenant failed to notify the

Property Manager that they had a pet. NCD issued a notice later went to court challenged this case as the Tenant stated the pet is a support dog. The owner was awarded a $500.00 pet penalty fee (per the lease) and the Tenant was ordered to pay a pet deposit.
