Tenant Answers are prepared and filed by an NCD reprentative. The documents will be filed prior to the expiration date on the notice. 

If the date has expired- The Tenant Answer will be considered a late answer. Late Answers are subect to get rejected by the courts. If the courts reject your Tenant Answer, you will be notified by a court clerk via telephone or by email.
