If you are a tenant and would like to apply for assistance, you must first apply online or you may call to speak with a live agent at 702-344-3317 M-F 9am-5pm PST. It is recommended that you Contact NCD, LLC to verify if your county is participating in rental relief.
Funding provided to you is not a loan and DOES NOT HAVE to be paid back.
The requirements for the program are as follows:
You must have a valid ID/ Driver's License
Lease Agreement (Expired OK)
Last Pay Stub, Unemployment Letter or A Letter From your Employer
You will denied if.....
Your monthly income exceeds $3000.00
You are a recipient of rental assistance programs such as Section 8
Your Land Lord
Funding will be paid directly to the Land Lord
Must complete a W-9 Form before any funding is paid out by the state agency
