Terms & Conditions

1. Description of Services

​

NCD LLC provides administrative compliance and document preparation services.

  • Fresh Credit Program: Includes credit report analysis and the preparation of dispute/correction documents for a flat fee of $375.00.

  • National Eviction Sealing: Includes the preparation of a Verified Motion to Seal for a flat fee of $500.00. To resubmit an eviction seal for any reason, the flat fee is $275.00.

  • Licensed Process Server services are a flat fee of $100.00. For residential and commercial properties located in Rural areas, there will be an additional $85.00 trip charge fee.

  • Note: NCD LLC is a document preparation service, not a law firm or a credit repair organization that provides legal representation in court.

2. Fees and Payments

​

  • Flat Fee Structure: Fees are charged for the specific administrative work of document preparation and filing coordination.

  • Payment Timing: In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), fees for credit restoration are earned only after the specific contracted services (e.g., document preparation) have been performed.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Any third-party costs, such as court filing fees or credit monitoring subscriptions (e.g., Credit Hero Score), are the sole responsibility of the client and are non-refundable by NCD LLC.

3. Client Responsibilities

​

To ensure the success of your program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information and financial history.

  • Maintain an active credit monitoring service as required by the Fresh Credit Program.

  • Respond to requests for information or document signatures within 5 business days.

4. No Guarantees of Outcome

​

While NCD LLC uses industry-standard compliance methods:

  • Credit Scores: We cannot guarantee a specific point increase, as scores are calculated by third-party bureaus based on your ongoing financial behavior.

  • Court Rulings: The decision to seal an eviction record is at the sole discretion of the presiding judge. NCD LLC does not guarantee that a court will grant any motion, affidavit, complaint, modification, or appeal filed.

5. Limitation of Liability

​

NCD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. NCD LLC may apply a credit that is good for one year from the date the client ordered the service in question.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

​

Clients may cancel their service agreement at any time.

​

  • Refund Policy: If a client cancels before document preparation has begun, a full refund of the NCD LLC service fee will be issued.

  • Earned Fees: Once documents have been drafted or filed, the fee is considered earned and is non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
