NCD Privacy Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

1. No Legal Advice Provided
NCD LLC (National Compliance Division) is a compliance and document preparation service. We are not a law firm, and our employees are not attorneys. The information provided on our website, marketing materials, and during consultations is for educational and administrative purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you require legal advice for a specific situation, please consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

2. No Guarantee of Results
While NCD LLC has a high success rate in assisting clients with the National Eviction Sealing and Fresh Credit Programs, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. The decision to seal an eviction record rests solely with the presiding court, and credit score improvements are subject to individual financial behaviors and the policies of third-party credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion).

3. Third-Party Credit Monitoring
Participation in the Fresh Credit Program requires active credit monitoring. NCD LLC may recommend third-party services (such as Credit Hero Score), but we are not responsible for the accuracy, uptime, or fee structures of these external providers.

4. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Compliance
NCD LLC operates in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act. We do not charge "upfront" fees for services not yet rendered. Our $375.00 and $500.00 flat fees are for specific document preparation and administrative filing services as outlined in your signed service agreement.

5. Accuracy of Information
NCD LLC makes every effort to ensure the information on our platforms is accurate and up-to-date. However, laws regarding eviction sealing and credit reporting vary by state and are subject to change. NCD LLC is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided.
