FOR SENIORS
NCD supports Tenants facing an EVICTION by offering Community Advocate Services to prevent homelessness and to stabilize housing and resolve disputes.
JOIN NCD SENIOR PROGRAM
BENEFITS:

1. Mediation services between Landlords and Tenants to
resolve disputes regarding repairs, lease violations, or late
payments.​
​​
2. Guidance through the application process for local funding and
negotiations with Landlords to accept these payments to
prevent an eviction.

3. Offer Caseworker, Tenant, and Landlord support.
​
4. Housing transitional planning that offers support after a
court hearing.
​
